Steve Carpenter - Pastor

Steve has been the pastor of GBC since the summer of 2009.  He, and his wife, Kim, have two children, Matt and Courtney.  Steve graduated from the University of Memphis, and Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  His life verse is Galatians 2:20 which says, “I have been crucified with Christ; and I no longer live, but Christ lives in me.  This life I now live in the flesh, I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.”

Phil McKibben - Minister of Worship and Small Groups

Phil has been the Worship Pastor at Gateway since the Summer of 2007. He and his wife Melinda have been married since 1983. Their son, Kurt, was born in 1989.
